The Challenge
Our client was looking for an apartment that they can utilise themselves post retirement for lifestyle purpose and act as investment in for the next 10 to 15 years. They wanted something that needed renovating and had a lot of space and no more than 14 apartments in the complex.
The Outcome
Utilising our agent network we sourced an OFF MARKET apartment that was in original condition and was very spacious with a dinning room that could act as a third bedroom. They renovated the property with our guidance to ensure they didn’t over capitalise and are now using our property management service.

The Challenge
As a first-time investor, our client wanted to find a property that would deliver a mix of solid yield vs growth. Being a local resident in the South East of Melbourne, the client wanted to purchase in the area with a level of familiarity. The client was also open to buying an unrenovated property they could renovate themselves.
The Outcome
To provide a good mix of yield and growth, we settled on finding a single level villa unit with a larger land component as part our investment strategy. Older homes were not going to be suitable.
